Special Conditions From February 20, 2003 to May 31, 2003, pool facilities will not be available as the hotel pool and surrounding landscaped areas will be completely refurbished. The project is expected to be completed by May 31, 2003 and will offer a stunning new product with the largest fresh water pool in Bali and a relaxing and exclusive salt-water pool. During the refurbishment period, guests will have access to the beautiful swimming pools at the Sheraton Laguna Nusa Dua, a member of the Luxury Collection, located next door. Pool view rooms will be available during this time period. However, the view will be obstructed by the renovation. Please contact the hotel for further information. From March 25, 2003 to June 30, 2003, guest rooms in the hotel will be refurbished. The refurbishment project will be completed in sections, allowing various areas of the hotel to remain unaffected. Only minor disturbances are expected. Please contact the hotel for further information. On April 2, 2003, due to Balinese Seclusion Day, no arrival or departures are allowed. No activities are available outside the hotel. Tourist activities are only available within the hotel.
